I confess. I don't have the faintest idea who Fred Barrett is or was. But when I see a name engraved on a bell I feel so sad that it has left a family I just have to give it a loving home. It is simply engraved F Barrett. Fred sounds so much better. It is a nice bell, 6 inches diameter and 12 inches high.
