At 1.75 inches in diameter this is the smallest Whitechapel bell!

hi, i have a bell its quite big , it has a braccket to fit to the wall and the inscription j w warner and sons london,its approx 14" tall could you tell me anything about it , and possibly what it could be worth. thanks steve.
